Ce qui est bien, c'est que je n'y arrivais pas avant avec les jambes tendues. Je trouve qu'une fois sur 2 entraînements avec les bandes élastiques, ça fait un peu trop.&lt;br /&gt;J'essaye les chaines pour ne faire les bandes qu'une fois sur 3 (voire sur 4) et tout de même moduler la résistance.&lt;br /&gt;Le problème est, qu'étant proche du sol, il me faut beaucoup de chaines pour une résistance moyenne. Là, il doit y avoir au moins 10-15 kg de chaines, bras tendus. C'est quand même sévère !&lt;br /&gt;Les sacs, bonne question ? Mais c'est parce que je la faisais en bilatéral.
